All members of the Keystone College community are advised that retaliation against anyone filing a complaint of discrimination or harassment or for participating in an investigation of discrimination or harassment is strictly prohibited by law and by College policy and any individual who engages in retaliation will be subject to disciplinary action.
All complaints of harassment or discrimination will be investigated in a manner that is prompt, adequate, and impartial. 你也可以保持匿名.

Sexual harassment (which includes sexual violence and assault) is a form of sex discrimination and, therefore, 违反了教育法第九章吗. - Make a decision about whether or not to disclose a crime or violation and participate in the judicial or conduct process and/or criminal justice process free from pressure by the institution;

- Be treated with dignity and to receive from the institution reasonable health care and counseling services, where available;
- Be free from any suggestion that the reporting individual is at fault when these crimes and violations are committed or should have acted in a different manner to avoid such crimes or violations;
- Describe the incident to as few institutional representatives as practicable and not be required to unnecessarily repeat a description of the incident;
